Imagine you had to sell off everything except for one rifle or handgun, what would you choose to keep? And which platform do you think can truly handle it all?
Can't go wrong with AR-15 in 5.56. It's incredibly versatile, making it nice for home defense, hunting small game, hitting the range and even competing. With the right setup, it can perform well in close quarters and at distances of several hundred yards. No other platform can compete with its versatility.
Honestly, I’d stick with a simple AR-15. Nothing fancy, just something straightforward. They’re easy to feed, simple to maintain and get the job done well enough. Sure, handguns have their place but that one rifle covers more ground for me.
For me, the Glock 19 does everything okay..it is not perfect, but it always works. If I had to pick one gun for life, that’d be it without thinking twice.
