I'm looking for some help with potato salad for my dad's 70th birthday. He's serving burgers, and I want to bring something that goes well with them, but I'm not sure what to make. I don't usually whip up potato salad, so any favorite recipes or special twists would be great. Also, if anyone has tips on keeping mayo-based salads cold at an outdoor party, I'd love to hear them. I'm starting to think about just grabbing something from the store instead, but I'd really like to give this a shot.
